The opportunity to provide care to you during this time is a great honor. It is my priority to build a relationship of deep care and trust together.
I strive to meet you wherever you are and walk with you to wherever it is you want to go.
Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I am on call and available 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth.
I offer guidance and resources so that you can feel informed and empowered. It is my goal that your pregnancy is a time that you feel healthy, nourished, and held, whatever that means for you.
I offer three prenatal visits. These support us in getting to know one another. We may explore things like labor prep, your birth plan, comfort measures, or anything else that you would like support with. I am available for any questions you have throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period.
During labor, I am fully present with you to provide emotional and physical support until the immediate postpartum. I recognize the sacred space of birth, and my intent is to uphold that with care.
I follow up with two postpartum visits to support you and your family as you land together. I may provide gentle guidance on newborn care, how to tend your postpartum body and the basics of breastfeeding. I can offer you further community resources for care and will delightedly go over your birth story with you.
Each birth doula package includes three prenatal and two postpartum visits.
The investment is $1300
I also accept OHP insurance for birth doula services
Postpartum Doula
As your postpartum doula, I offer my care in whatever ways you and your family may need so that you can relax into rest and healing in your body and with your baby.
Depending on your and your family's needs, this may consist of light housework, meal prep, holding your baby so you can wash or rest, supporting you with breastfeeding, gentle touch, or nourishing conversation. I can also be available to run errands or support any older children you may have in the home.
The postpartum period is a most delicate time and one that truly takes village support. A baby is born, and so is a parent. As parents, we are holding and nourishing our newborns, but who is holding and nourishing the family?
The investment for postpartum care is $40/hour with a minimum of 2 hours/day.
20 hours + - 12% off
If I am also your birth doula, any amount of postpartum care is 10% off
